Here at Disco Dynamite we want to make certain your event goes exactly as planned. However, should you experience an issue that you are unhappy about or wish to make a complaint please follow the steps below :-
BEFORE THE EVENT
Please contact our office staff on (0191) 371 8443 to express your concerns.
DURING THE EVENT
Please approach a member of our entertainment staff and ask them to rectify any issues.
If any rectification is not carried out to your satisfaction please ask our staff again, this time speaking to our Head DJ.
If still your issue is not addressed please contact our Managing Director who will take immediate action :-
FOLLOWING THE EVENT
Please write to our Managing Director detailing your complaint :-

Be sure to include as much information as possible relating to the complaint. Specifically the date, times, venue, occasion and DDL reference number of your event. Also, if known, please include the names of our staff attending your event and full details of the matter relating to your complaint. We will take swift action and be in contact with you as soon as possible. We are always open to constructive criticism - please tell us how we can improve our service if you are not 100% satisfied with your event. Don't forget to include your contact details so we can reach you to discuss the matter in more detail.
If, following our efforts to resolve your complaint, you still feel that your grievance has not been properly addressed or a satisfactory solution has not been reached it is within your rights to contact 'County Durham Trading Standards' who will investigate the matter on your behalf :-
